Κάλλος Άλυτον – Photographs by Thodoris Theodoridis

“Κάλλος Άλυτον” (Kállos Ályton, roughly “indissoluble beauty”) is the solo exhibition by the Greek photographer Thodoris Theodoridis at the Fondazione Le Monacelle, right next to the cathedral.

Open daily from 10 am to 1 pm and from 4 to 7 pm, until 30 September 2026. Admission is free.

The opening on Thursday 10 September, at 7.30 pm leads straight into a concert in the same cloister: “Magna Grecia” at 8.30 pm, with voice and instruments, from the programme “Oi dialogoi” marking the thirtieth anniversary of VivaVerdi Multikulti. Produced by Arterìa together with the “E. R. Duni” Conservatory in Matera and the Ionian University in Corfu.

Both are part of the programme of “Matera 2026, Mediterranean Capital of Culture and Dialogue”.
