Selling or letting a property

For businesses only (estate agents, developers, companies). Property listings run for one month, with the same BASIS and PREMIUM packages. There is no free trial month for them.

Basis: 49 € / per month plus VAT Premium: 99 € / per month plus VAT

How the free trial month works

You try the BASIS listing for one month with all Basis features – free of charge.
The month starts when we activate your listing, not when you submit it.
You receive no invoice and do not enter any payment details.
After one month the trial ends automatically. Nothing is renewed, and you do not need to cancel anything.
One week before the end we remind you by e-mail. If you want to stay, book BASIS or PREMIUM – your details are kept.
The trial month is available once per business.

What happens next: we review your details and get back to you with the invoice. The listing goes online as soon as it is approved; the term starts when we receive your payment. Our terms and conditions apply.
